First of all, because of the height limitation, we enlarged the diameter of the raw material storage tank to 3 meters and lowered the overall height of the tank.
Secondly, considering the special physical properties of the additives, the viscous force is relatively large (especially at high temperature), we have tested the storage of additives in tanks and the transportation of screw conveyors for customers alone, and the result is that a large number of additives (wax flakes, resins, etc.) ) stuck in the tank and blocked in the conveyor, so the additives are added manually. The fully automatic design of mixing and packaging greatly improves the output rate of the entire project.
Results:
According to the customer’s needs and shortcomings, the designed production line is the most efficient and energy-saving, and the overall cost of the customer’s production investment is saved by about 5%. Customers are very moved by the attitude of considering every detail for customers!
