Sand Drying line + Semi-Auto Plastering Mortar Mixing Line In Honduras

Introduction

This project is to dry the river sand with moisture higher than 30% and produce the plastering mortar/ bonding mortar etc. The automatic sand drying line help our client to get the dry sand with moisture less than 0.5%~1.0% and sieve the fine size sand for their mortar production; The semi-automatic plastering mortar mixing plant satisfied their output condition and also to guarantee their precious additives without waste.

Client's Challenge

Our customers want to produce plastering mortar and bonding mortar with qualified quality, and the output of 5-8 tons per hour is enough; They need to dry river sand containing more than 35% moisture to ensure that the humidity of the sand can be used to produce the required mortar; The finished product needs to be packaged into 25 kg per bag.
